高职院校学生择业现状分析与对策研究

摘　　要：随着我国就业问题的日益突出,人才结构的不断变化,国家对高职院校的重视程度得到了全面提高。但是,从目前人才市场发展情况来看,高职院校的就业情况仍旧不容乐观,这与学生的择业观也有很大关系。因此,本文通过走访调查典型性高职院校,将高职院校的择业观现状进行分析,并提出应对策略,作为促进高职院校提升自身水平,改善就业现状的借鉴。Along with the increasingly prominent problem of employment, talent structure changing, the importance of higher vocational colleges has been improved. However, from the current talent market development, higher vocational college＇s employment situation is still not optimistic, it also has a lot to do with students＇ job selection view. Therefore, in this article, through visiting survey typicality in higher vocational colleges, analyzing the present situation of job selection view of higher vocational colleges, it puts forward coping strategies, so as to promote higher vocational colleges to raise their level, and improve the emDlovment status.
