摘 要:目的探讨阳性强化法干预对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的影响。方法 2008年1月~2012年12月对27名注意缺陷多动障碍儿童采用阳性强化法干预,分别于干预前后采用儿童适应行为评定表及韦氏学龄儿童智力量表评价儿童的心理适应行为、智商及社会生活能力变化情况。结果干预后,注意缺陷多动障碍儿童心理适应行为评分、智商评分及社会生活能力评分与干预前比较均明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阳性强化法干预能够显著地改善注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的行为问题。Objective To explore the effect of positive reinforcement procedures on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods 27 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder were intervened by positive reinforcement procedures from Jan,2008 to Dec, 2012.Their psychological adaptive behavior,intelligence and social life ability changes were evaluated by Children Adaptive Behavior Evaluation Form and Weehsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (WPPSI) before and afl:er intervention, respectively. Results After intervention, the psychological adaptive behavior score, IQ score and social life ability score of intervened children were significantly higher than those before intervention and the differences were statistically significant( P 〈0.01).Condusion Positive reinforcement procedures can significantly improve the behavior problems of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
