摘 要:通过绘制拟三元相图优化吐温80/乙醇/丁酸乙酯/水微乳液体系的配方,用于制备阿魏酸、根皮素及Trolox 3种复方抗氧化剂微乳液。考察了体系的温度、盐度和酸度对微乳的影响,研究了微乳对复方抗氧化剂的稳定性、增溶性及体外释药等性质。结果表明:随着温度升高和pH值降低体系微乳区稍有减小,盐度对微乳区基本无影响;该微乳对3种复方抗氧化剂有增溶、保护作用。该研究为复方微乳应用于食品、医药、化妆品等体系提供理论依据。The microemulsion of Tween 80/Ethyl butyrate-ethanol/H2O system to envelop ferulic acid,phloretin and Trolox compound was prepared with pseudo-ternary phase diagram.The researches investigating the influences of temperature,concentration of NaCl and pH on microemulsion areas,and the effects of microemulsion on stability,increases the solubility and in vitro drug release properties of the ferulic acid,phloretin and Trolox compound were conducted respectively.The results showed that the microemulsion region decreases slightly with the increase of temperature and the decrease of pH,and salinity has hardly influences on the microemulsion regions.Furthermore the microemulsion has effects of solubilization and protection on three kinds of antioxidant.The research provides a significant clue for application of compound microemulsion in food,pharmaceutical,cosmetics and other systems.
