摘 要:目的分析南通市食品安全民意及居民关注情况,为制定相关政策及措施提供依据。方法采用现场拦截抽样法对南通市区共300名居民进行问卷调查。结果 85.17%的居民通过媒体获取食品安全知识;53.11%的居民认为"当前食品安全问题太多令人失望",41.72%认为"问题存在但有信心解决",仅5.17%认为"问题不大无所谓"。民意调查显示,居民认为食品安全最大的隐患是生产加工环节(占75.52%),最担心的问题为过量使用食品添加剂(占67.59%),食品安全问题的主要责任在食品生产经营商(占40.34%),解决食品安全问题首先应加大处罚力度(占67.59%)。结论南通市区居民对食品安全问题关注度较高的同时,对当前食品安全形势相对悲观,相关部门应重视百姓民意,加强食品安全监管力度。Objective To analyze the public opinions and current public focus on food safety, and to provide basis for mak- ing policies. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on 300 residents in Nantong downtown by intercept sampling. Re-sults 85.17% residents acquired the food safety knowledge through media; 53.11% residents considered that 'There are too many problems; current food safety situation is disappointing'. 41.72% residents considered that 'There are problems and they can be solved', only 5.17 % residents considered that 'No big problem, I don't care'. 75.52 % residents considered that the greatest hidden danger link was production and processing; most concerned issue was too much food additives (by 67.59% residents). 40. 34% residents believed that the primary responsibility should be taken by manufacturers and operators. 67, 59 % residents believed that severe punishment on law violators was the most effective way to solve food safety problems. Conclusion Urban residents of Nantong highly concern food safety issues, meanwhile they are pessimistic on current food safety situation. The government should pay more attention to the public opinions and strengthen food safety supervision.
