摘　　要：概述了国内外利用热带假丝酵母发酵生产长链二元酸技术的研究进展。从菌株的选育、发酵工艺的优化、提纯工艺研究等方面分析了现有技术特点,并针对以上3个方面提出有待进一步研究的问题。The research progress of production technology of long chain dicarboxylie acid by fermentation of Candida tropicalis at home and abroad were reviewed. From the aspects of screening and breeding of strains, optimization of fermentation process and study of purification process, characteristics of existing technologies were analyzed,and the problems for further research were proposed as well.
