摘  要:当前医患沟通存在着不愿沟通、不会沟通、沟通简单及沟而不通的问题。因此,医务人员需要强化社会担当意识、培养换位思考的意识、医患双方需相互理解、配合。同时,需要让医务人员学会详细解释病情、安慰患者、提醒患者等能力,以提高其沟通能力。此外,医务人员应学会倾听、学会运用技巧语言,掌握沟通技巧。医务人员在医患沟通中,还应态度真诚、与患者互动并与患者进行持续沟通,以解决"沟而不通"的问题。The current doctor - patient communication still has some problems such as not willing to communicate, can not communicate, communicate too simple and invalid communication. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the social responsibility of medical staff, strengthen the perspective - taking and doctor - patient trust in order to train their consciousness of doctor - patient communication. At the same time, it needs to let the medical staff learn to explain in detail the illness, comfort and remind patients, in order to improve their communication ability. In addition, the medical staff should learn to listen and learn to use language skills, communication skills. Medical staff should be sincere, interact with patients and have a continuous communication, and overcome the invalid doctorpatient communication.
