摘　　要：我国各地的农业机械化逐年扎实推进,农业机械作业水平不断提高。现代农业生产机械化人才需求矛盾日益彰显,实现农业机械化的快速发展,必须保证农机人才的供给能满足农业机械化发展的需求。农业类高职院校利用原有的专业优势、有针对的加强农业机械专业建设特别是农机专业实训基地建设,加强实践教学,把农业机械化专业的课程理论知识和农业机械化生产实践相结合,为培养农机化技术指导与经营管理的高级技术应用性人才提供有力保障。Over the country＇s agricultural mechanization gradually push forward, agricultural machinery operation has improved continuously. Modem agricultural production mechanization highlight the growing demand for talent contradiction, the rapid development of agricultural mechanization, agricultural machinery must ensure that the supply of talent to meet the needs of the development of agricultural mechanization. Agricultural use of existing vocational colleges professional ad- vantages, targeted needle strengthen agricultural machinery construction, especially in professional agricultural training base construction, strengthen practice teaching, the curriculum of professional agricultural mechanization and agricultural mech- anization theoretical knowledge production practice, for the training of agricultural technical guidance and management of advanced technology applied talents provide strong protection.
