摘 要:大学精神是大学的灵魂,它是大学在其长期的历史发展中,经过大学人的共同修身、研究与实践,所形成的符合一定时代特征,并形成自身鲜明特色文化体系中的核心文化。教师品质是大学教师在育人过程中所体现出的思想内涵、学术研究水平、教学能力、道德行为、教学方法、人格魅力等方面的综合素养。教师品质直接凝练、提升和丰富大学精神,决定了大学精神的形成与发展,而大学精神在形成之后,又反过来进一步引领提高教师品质,两者在育人过程中相辅相成,相互作用。The university spirit is the soul of university ,which is the core culture formed with its own distinctive cultural system and met with certain characteristics of the times, in the long history of university development, through .joint self- cul- tivation, study and practice of university people. The teacher quality refers to the comprehensive literacy of university teachers in the process of educating which reflect in the aspects of teacher's ideological content, level of academic research, teaching ability, ethical behavior, teaching methods and personality charisma. The tether quality directly condenses, improves and en- riches the university spirit. The teacher quality decides the formation and development of the spirit of university, after the for- mation of university spirit, which in return lead the improvement of the teacher quality. In the process of educating, the uni- versity spirit and the leacher quality interact with each other.
