摘　　要：文章分析了现阶段高职院校顶岗实习环节出现的问题,并指明其原因,提出了针对学生、学校、企业三方在顶岗实习环节问题的改进对策,旨在提高高职院校毕业生顶岗实习质量。Based on an analysis of the causes of the problems arising from vocational colleges＇ post practice, this article puts forward the countermeasures from the angles of students, colleges and enterprises so as to im- prove the quality of post practice.
