摘  要:工程是人类的一种生存和实践方式,是人类文明的象征。培育工科大学生的工程伦理精神,能在一定程度上避免工程事故的发生,保证我国工程事业的蓬勃发展。工程伦理精神是工程活动主体对自身行为价值引导的体现,具有求真、臻善、审美三重向度。工科大学生工程伦理精神培育的重点在于团队精神和工程伦理责任,具体的培育途径是:在高校层面,将工程伦理精神融入到各类理论课程、实践性教学、第二课堂等环节;在国家层面,有赖于政策支持和制度更新,以保证工程伦理教育的顺利开展。Engineering is a way of human survival and practice as well as a symbol of human civilization. The cultivation of college engineering students' engineering ethical spirit can partly avoid the engineering accidents, en- sure the vigorous development of Chinese engineering section. Engineering ethical spirit is the embodiment of the guidance of engineers' behaviors by engineering activities, and it has three dimensions of truth, goodness, and aes- thetic. The cultivation should focus on teamwork and engineering ethical responsibility by means of the following specific channels as intergrating engineering ethical spirit into various theoretical courses, practical teaching, extra- curricular activities in colleges and universities, and policy support and system renovation on the national level, so as to ensure betteer progress in the education of engineering ethics.
