摘　　要：目的:提高对肾上腺脑白质营养不良的MRI表现的认识。方法:回顾性总结分析10例肾上腺脑白质营养不良的病例,包括临床表现、影像学检查。所有患者均采用Philips 1.5T核磁共振扫描机扫描,脑部平扫,其中2例加增强扫描。结果:全部患者表现不一,基本病程3个月至1年。临床主要表现为行走不稳、言语不清、发音不清、双耳听力下降、双侧共济运动(+)、闭目直立征(+)等。肾上腺脑白质营养不良的脑部MRI表现主要为位于双侧顶枕叶白质对称性斑片状异常信号,T1WI低信号、T2WI及T2WI FLAIR呈高信号,部分患者胼胝体压部早期受累,病变整体呈"蝶翼状"改变。结论:肾上腺脑白质营养不良MRI表现有特征性,可进行分型,能协助临床早期诊断和治疗。Objective To raise awareness of the MRI findings of adrenoleukodystrophy.Method We retrospectively analyzed 10 cases of adrenoleukodystrophy cases,including clinical manifestations,imaging studiesAll patients used Philips 1.5T MRI scan machine scan, brain unenhanced,including two cases and enhanced scan.Results All patients showed different basic course of 3 months to 1 year.Main clinical manifestations were walking instability,slurred speech,lisp,binaural hearing loss,bilateral Masonic movement（ ＋）,Romberg sign（ ＋） Adrenoleukodystrophy brain MRI findings were mainly located in the bilateral parietal occipital white matter symmetry patchy abnormal signal,T 1 WI low signal,T 2 WI and T 2 WI FLAIR hyperintense,early involvement of some patients corpus callosum lesions overall was Dieyi like change.Conclusion MRI findings of adrenoleukodystrophy has distinctive performance,can be parting and help early diagnosis and treatment.
