摘 要:介绍了城市轨道交通车辆制动系统以及防滑系统的构成。对防滑阀故障特征进行了分析。提出了用于检测防滑阀的算法流程。采用故障再现理念,基于AMESim仿真软件建立了制动系统仿真模型。该模型能够反映制动发生滑行时防滑控制的特性。在此基础上,模拟了防滑阀的故障状态。仿真结果表明,对防滑阀的故障分析是正确的。The air brake system in metro vehicle and the constitution of anti-skid system are introduced, the me- chanical fault in solenoid valve of the system is the main cause, including leak and blocking. In order to find the fault in time, the characteristics of these faults are analyzed and the faults are found through monitoring some characteristic quantities, also the algorithm of fault diagnosis of anti-skid valve is presented. By using the simulation software AMES- im,the model of air brake system is completed, which can reflect the characteristic of anti-skid system whenthe wheelslip is occurred. Based on the model, the fault of anti- skid valve can be simulated. The result of simulation sug- gests that the analysis of valve fault is correct.
