摘 要:以苦参碱为对照品,采用酸性染料比色法测定玛咖总生物碱的含量,研究并建立玛咖总生物碱的测定方法。对检测方法使用的最大吸收波长、缓冲液pH、缓冲液用量、0.05%溴甲酚绿显色剂用量、溶液振摇时间、氯仿萃取时间进行了优化研究。结果显示,此方法精密度RSD=0.95%,回收率为108.03%,RSD=0.79%,表明该方法具有较好的精密度和稳定性;且操作简单,具有良好的可重复性。此方法测得云南丽江玛咖总生物碱含量为0.7%,苦参碱最低检测限为0.86μg。With the matrine as reference, establish a method for the determination of total alkaloids in Maca by acid dye colorimetry, and research and establish the determination methods of total alkaloids in Maca.
