摘  要:目的分析烷氧基甘油(alkoxyglycerols,AKGs)硅烷化衍生物的裂解规律和质谱特征;采用气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatograph-mass spectrum,GC-MS)联用技术分析比较鲨鱼肝油、海鳗鱼油、金枪鱼油和海星脂质4种海产资源中的AKGs组成。方法将4种海产资源中的烷氧基甘油酯(Di-esterified AKGs,DEAKGs)水解为游离态AKGs,并采用硅烷化衍生结合GC-MS联用技术对其AKGs组成进行分析。结果确定基峰离子m/z205和[M-15]+可作为判断烷氧基甘油硅烷化衍生物的重要依据。从4种海产资源中共鉴定出14种烷氧基甘油,以C16∶0-AKG、C18∶0-AKG和C18∶1-AKG为主,其中鲨鱼肝油中C18∶1-AKG含量最高,为43.76%;海鳗鱼油和金枪鱼油中C16∶0-AKG含量最高,分别为44.35%和31.31%;而海星脂质中C18∶0-AKG含量最高,为48.94%。结论基峰离子m/z205和[M-15]+可作为判定烷氧基甘油硅烷化衍生物的依据;4种海产资源中烷氧基甘油以C16∶0-AKG、C18∶0-AKG和C18∶1-AKG为主,但在AKGs的具体组成上存在较大差异。Objective To analyze the dissociation regularity and mass spectrum characterization of alkox- yglycerols (AKGs) after silylation derivatization and investigate the AKGs from the oil of shark liver. eel,tuna and star fish using gas chromatograph-mass spectrum(GC-MS). Methods The Di-esterified AKGs (DEAKGs) from the four marine resources were hydrolyzed into their free forms, and silylation derivatization with GC-MS was utilized to determine their composition of AKGs. Results Base peak ion m/z205 and [M-15]^+ could be used as the important basis of the silanization derivatives of AKGs. Fourteen AKGs were determined from the four marine resources, among which C16 : 0-AKG.C18 : 0- AKG and C18 : 1-AKG were the main components. C18 -AKG was the main component from shark liver oil with a content of 43.76%, while C16 : 0-AKG was the main component from tuna oil and eel oil with a content of 31.31% and 44. 35% respectively, and for star fish, C18 : 0-AKG was the main component with a content of 48. 94%. Conclusion Base peak ion m/z205 and [M-15]^+ are the qualitative basis of the silanization derivatives of AKGs. C16 : 0-AKG. C18 : 0-AKG and C18 : 1-AKG are the main components from the four marine resources, but there are large differences in specific composition of AKGs.
