摘  要:从南京江宁开发区污水处理厂的污泥中分离筛选出一组苯胺蓝高效脱色菌群EL。利用16S rDNA对该菌群的菌种组成进行系统进化分析,并研究了苯胺蓝的质量浓度、培养时间、pH值、温度等因素对该菌群生长及对苯胺蓝脱色的影响。结果表明:EL菌群由3种菌组成,EL1归属于不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter),EL2归属于普罗威登斯菌属(Providencia);EL3(有毒威克斯菌)与Weeksella virosa的亲缘关系很近。菌群EL对培养条件具有良好的适应性,在pH值为6.0,温度为35℃,培养时间为24 h条件下对苯胺蓝有较好的脱色效果,苯胺蓝最适脱色质量浓度为1 400 mg·L-1,脱色率可达83.5%。A bacteria group EL, capable of decoloring aniline blue efficiently, was isolated and screened out of sludge collected from the sewage treatment plant in Nanjing Jiangning Development Zone. Identification of the composition of bacteria group EL was performed using 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The effects of dye mass concentration,culture time,pH value and temperature on the growth of the decoloration bacteria group EL and its decoloration ability were studied. The results showed that the bacteria group EL consisted of three microorganism strains, srain EL1 was identified as Acinetobacter, strain EL2 was identified as Providencia, and strain EL3 had the close kinship with Weeksella virosa. The bacteria group EL had a good adaptability to culture conditions. Under the conditions of pH 6.0, temperature of 35 ~C, and the culture time of 24 hours, the decoloration bacteria group EL had the better decoloring effect, meanwhile the mass concentration for anline blue decolorization was 1 400 mg. L-1, and the aniline blue decolorization rate reached 83.5%.
