摘  要:以西洋秀丰梨为试材,研究了采前20天摘袋(FRB)和带袋采收(FHB)对其表皮蜡质和抗氧化活性相关生理指标的影响。结果表明,初采果实时,FHB果实表皮蜡质变稀薄,表面有明显微裂纹,且果皮中色素含量显著低于CK和FRB。贮藏过程中果皮中总酚含量和类黄酮含量均呈下降趋势,但FRB始终显著高于FHB。FRB和FHB果皮对DPPH·清除率和ABTS+·清除活性都呈先上升后下降的趋势,但FRB始终显著高于FHB。相关性分析结果表明,总酚含量与抗氧化活性物质呈显著正相关,说明梨果皮中的酚类物质是果皮中的重要抗氧化成分。Using European pear variety Xiufeng as material, the effects of removing bags 20 days before harvest (FRB) and harvesting with bags (FHB) on epicuticular wax, antioxidant activity and other related physiological indexes were investigated. The results showed that when fruits were harvested, FHB fruits had thinner epicuticular wax and obvious microcraek on the surface, and the pigment content in pericarp were sig- nificantly lower than that of control and FRB. Both of total phenols and flavonoid contents in pericarp de- creased during storage, but FRB were significantly higher than FHB all the time. DPPH scavenging rate and ABTS +. scavenging activity increased first and then decreased, but FRB were significantly higher than FHB all the time. Correlation analysis showed that the total phenols content was significantly positively correlated to antioxidant components, which demonstrated that phenolic substances in pericarp were important antioxidant constituents.
