摘  要:基于西部地区49所国家示范(骨干)院校数据,在分解变量的基础上构建截面多元线性回归模型,结果显示:校企合作整体上提高了人才培养质量,其中"教师平均在研技术开发到款数"和"企业捐赠设备占比"的贡献显著;但校企合作各个方面对人才培养不同阶段的质量影响不同,前者的不均衡发展和短期性倾向,阻碍了人才培养质量的整体性提高。未来需要加快构建校企合作保障机制,重视其阶段性特征,不断创新校企合作理念。On the basis of decomposing variables from the western 49 national demonstration (backbone) colleges data, this paper constructs sectional multivariate linear regression model. It is found, school-enterprise cooperation improves the overall quality of the talents training, and the average in the study of teachers "development to the number of" and "en- terprise donation equipment accounted for" contribution is obvious, but school-enterprise cooperation in every aspect has different effects on the quality of talent training at different stages, and the former is not balanced development and short-term orientation, hindering the integrity improvement of talent training quality. In the future, it is necessary to speed up the construction of school-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism, attach importance to its stage characteris- tics and continue to innovate the concept of school-enterprise cooperation.
