摘　　要：根据气相色谱法测定葡萄酒中甲醇含量的测定原理,用建立数学模型的方法对结果的不确定度进行评估和计算。对标准溶液的配制、样品处理、工作曲线的拟合、测量重复性的各分量不确定度进行分析,得到了各分量不确定度和合成不确定度,最终得出更加客观的结果。This paper establishes mathematical model of uncertainty e valuation on the basis of the method of determining the concentration of Methanol in wine by gas phase chromatography（GC）. Each com- ponent of uncertainty of standard solution, sample processing, curve fitting, the reproducibility of the measurements , the study founds the uncertainty of components and the combined uncertainty , finally obtainsmore objective results.
