摘  要:解淀粉芽孢杆菌RY3是从冬枣果园根际土壤分离获得的一株具有高效广谱拮抗活性的拮抗细菌,其发酵液经盐酸沉淀后得到抗菌粗蛋白。为明确该抗菌粗蛋白的理化性质和抑菌活性,研究温度、pH、紫外线、蛋白酶等对抗菌蛋白稳定性的影响,并研究抗菌粗蛋白对柑橘绿霉病菌的抑菌作用。结果表明:该粗蛋白具有较高的热稳定性,100℃处理60min后押菌活性仍为原有活性的82.84%;其耐酸且在pH2~10时均有抑菌活性;对紫外线、胰蛋白酶不敏感,对蛋白酶K具有一定的耐受性。该抗菌粗蛋白对柑橘绿霉病菌分生孢子具有明显的抑制萌发活性,10倍稀释液处理的孢子萌发率仅为2.86%,该抗菌粗蛋白还可导致芽管变短变粗、菌体细胞质凝集、菌丝消融等。Bacillus amyloliquefaciens RY3 is an antagonistic bacteri- um with wide inhibitory spectrum and high antifungal activity isola ted from rhizosphere of jujube orchard. The crude antifungal protein was obtained by hydrochloric acid precipitation method. In order to define the physicoehemical property and inhibitory activity of the crude anti{ungal protein, the effects of heat, pH, ultraviolet radia- tion and proteinase on inhibitory activity of antifungal crude protein and the inhibitory activity of the crude antifungal protein on spore germination of P. digitatuzn were studied. The result showed that itwas stable in various pH and temperature and resistant to protein- ase, The antifungal activity was retained 82. 84% after heat treat ments at 100 ~C for 60 rain. The crude antifungal protein has inhibi- tory active in the range of pH 2~ 10. The crude antifungal protein can inhibited the germination of spores of P. digitatum obviously. The germination rate was only 2.86% 24 h after treated by the crude antifungal protein dilution( X 10). The germlings was swollen and shortened, the cytoplasm was condensed to different degree and the hyphae was ablated treated by the crude antifungal protein.
