摘 要:纳米银做为零维纳米材料,具有独特的性能,已被广泛应用于各个领域。生物法制备纳米银绿色环保,对于建设生态环境友好型社会有积极的促进作用。国内暂时鲜有用植物还原银离子的相关报道。采用绿茶提取物作还原剂与硝酸银制备纳米银,不添加任何表面活性剂,制备出了纳米银。经XRD、SEM等表征,结果表明粒径约30~40mm,晶型为纯相面心立方晶系,银纳米粒子为球形,并无明显的团聚。通过正交试验设计确定了纳米银的最佳在制备条件为AgN03浓度0.08mol/L,绿茶提取物0.0125g/mL,反应温度为40℃,时间为2h。As zero-dimensional nanomaterial, nano-silver has been widely used in various fields due to its unique properties. Preparation of nano-silver using biological method as an environmental friendly method can actively promote the construction of environment-friendly society.. However there are few reports on the study on reducing silver ions by using plants. Nano-silver was obtained through reducing AgNO3 by green tea extract without any surfactants, and the prepared nanometer silver powder prepared was characterized by scanning electron micrograph (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Results showed that the obtained nanometer silver powder was excellent with regular spherical shape and face- centered cubic (FCC) system with its grain diameter among 30-40nm The best preparation conditions were determined through the orthogonal test design as reaction temperature 4,0 C,AgNOa concentration 0.08 mol/L, concentration of green tea extract 0.012 5 g/mL for 2 h.
