摘　　要：与普通职业院校相比,独立学院校企合作建设实习实训基地有其特殊性,政府政策支持与激励不足、人才培养的长周期高投入及当前人才市场的供需矛盾、独立学院人才培养模式难以适应企业需要等问题更是制约着企业合作的积极性。对此,笔者从政府与独立学院两个方面提出了构建校企合作的政策与管理机制、加强课程教学体系改革,培养企业所需人才的对策建议。Compared with common vocational colleges, independent colleges university enter prise cooperation in construction practice bases has its particularity. Many factors restrict the enter prise cooperation motivation, such as lack of the government~ policy support and incentive, long cy cle, high investment of talent training and the contradiction between supply and demand of talent market, Independent college talent training mode is difficult to meet the needs of enterprises, etc. The author puts forward the suggestions from two aspects, the government should construct university enterprise cooperation policy and management mechanism, the independent college should strengthen the reform of course teaching system and cultivate the talents enterprise need.
