摘　　要：对高职院校体育开展拓展训练的组织、管理及评价模式的构建进行探讨,应结合高职教育特点、学生所学专业和学生未来职业相适应的专业特点,采用不同的教学模式、组织管理评价模式,才能保证体育拓展训练安全有效地开展。研究旨在为高职院校开展拓展训练活动提供有效的组织、管理与评价体系保障。This article is mainly explored the structure mode of organizatxon, management and the evaluation system of the physical outward bound in the vocational college. It emphasized the combination of the features about the vocational education, the major of the students and their relevant occupation in the future. In order to make sure the physical outward bound promoted safely and effectively, the college should use different modes of education and orgnizational management evaluation systems.This article has also give the effective guarantee system of the organization, management and evaluation system of physical outward bound in vocational college.
