摘　　要：讨论了矩阵方程AX=B有反对称正交对称解的充要条件以及解的表达式,并得到了其最佳逼近解,最后给出了它的数值算法和算例.This paper gives the necessary and sufficient conditions for the anti-symmetric ortho-sym- metric solutions of linear matrix equation AX =B , and gives the general form of the solutions, together with the optimal approximate solution. Finally gives an algorithm and a numerical example.
