摘 要:规范要求铁路隧道衬砌施工缝采用多道防水措施,通过多道防水措施减小地下水沿施工缝的渗流,从而达到施工缝防水的目的。但实际情况中,由于施工缝工作环境和条件差、止水作业时间与主体工程施工时间不匹配、止水材料与二衬混凝土材料的差异性导致连接差等原因所影响,施工缝仍为防水薄弱环节。近些年建成的隧道中渗漏水病害主要发生在施工缝部位。针对上述问题,文中提出施工缝防排水设计应采用"外排内防"的原则,即采用"排水板+中埋式止水带"的止水措施。并就新型隧道排水板分类、主要技术参数的制定、工作原理、适用范围及其在施工缝的具体应用进行了介绍,同时对该新型排水板的成本、施工工艺与传统防水措施进行了对照分析,得出该产品的应用将是铁路隧道防排水技术上一次较大进步的结论。According to specification requirements, multiple waterproof measures should be adopted for construction joints of railway tunnel lining to reduce the seepage along construction joints and achieve the purpose of water proofing in construction joints. But the reality indicates that the construction joints are still weak points in waterproofing due to such reasons as the poor work environment, different construction time between sealing up and main structure, and bad connection caused by difference between sealing materials and second concrete lining, materials. The problems of seepage in the tunnels built in recent years mostly occur at construction joints. To solve these problems, the principle of "drain out- side, stop inside" is put forward in the paper for waterproofing design in construction joints, which means the measure "drainage board + buried water stop strip" should be used. Furthermore, the classification, technical parameters, work principle, applicable scope and application in construction joints of a new drainage board are introduced. In addition, the contrast analysis on cost and construction technology is done by comparing with the traditional products, which concludes that the application of the new drainage board will be an important progress for railway tunnel water proofing technology.
