基于三角模糊数的企业安全文化综合评价

摘　　要：根据企业安全文化内容,从安全物态文化、安全观念文化、安全管理文化、安全行为文化4个方面构建综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法计算指标权重;对底层指标进行评判时同时给出该指标的下限值、最可能值和上限值,利用三角模糊数的特性对评判数据进行精确处理,然后采用模糊数与实数0的加权海明距离对模糊数结果去模糊化处理。对某企业安全文化的综合评价表明,上述综合评价模型准确、易行。According to the content of the enterprise safety culture, construction of comprehensive evalua- tion index system was constructed according to four aspects which consist of safety material culture, safety con- cepts culture, safety management culture and safety behavior culture, index weight was calculated by analytic hierarchy process. When evaluating the underlying index. The index＇ s lower limit value, most probable value and upper limit value are provided simultaneously. The characteristic of triangular fuzzy number（TFN） is used to treat accurately on the evaluation data, and then the fuzzy number and the real number 0 weighted Hamming distance are used to defuzzy the results of fuzzy numbers. The comprehensive evaluation of a safety culture of enterprise shows that the above model is accurate and easy.
