摘 要:数字化工厂作为制造业新兴技术,近年来在欧美国家及国内得到了广泛的研究,并应用于各类工业生产企业。详细介绍了数字化工厂技术在军工电子制造领域的最新研究成果和成功应用,包括数字化工厂应用架构、生产制造执行系统的主要功能和运行组织方式,同时阐述了以自动化仓储物流、自动化生产线为代表的自动化技术及以此为基础的生产制造信息化管理技术。这些技术促进了企业制造水平的提高,也为先进制造技术的进一步研究和应用打下了良好的基础。Digital home and abroad cation in military factory, which has been emerging in recent years, is being broadly researched both at in occident, and has been applied in many industrial enterprises. The successful appli- electronics manufacturing of digital factory technology is described in detail, including the architecture of application systems, the key functions and operation organization mode of MES. More- over, automation technology is discussed by representing automatic warehousing logistics system and an automatic line. In addition, the manufacturing informationization management is introduced as well. All these technologies promote the enterprise manufacturing level, and a solid foundation is also laid for fur- ther research and application of advanced manufacturing technology.
