摘　　要：目的根据亚健康状态在健康体检人群中的患病率,探讨如何预防和治疗亚健康状态。方法对3 682名健康体检者的患病率进行比较,来探讨早期发现亚健康状态在当今社会的重要性。结果亚健康状态人群和年龄、学历、职务有明显的关系。结论治疗亚健康的关键在于"早发现、早预防、早治疗"。Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of sub-health status according to the prevalence rate of sub-health status in physical examination population.Methods The prevalence rate of 3 682 physical examination subjects was compared to discuss the signifi- cance of early discovery of sub-health status in today＇s society. Results The sub-health crowd had clear relationship with age, educational background, and positions.Conclusion The key to the treatment of sub-health lies in＂ early detection, early prevention, and early treatment＂.
