摘　　要：针对目前《工业药剂学》实践教学中存在的问题,结合学校自身特色与条件,从实践教学体系的构成及适应社会需求的培养模式出发,通过优化实践内容、改进教学方法、完善考核方法和加强师资培养等措施,旨在能更好地培养学生实践能力和创新意识。The problem of the ＂industrial pharmaceutics＇＂ practice teaching is discussed in the paper, as well as its own characteristics and conditions of schools. The innovational content and the method of practice teaching are proposed based on the structure of the practice teaching and the development of society. By optimizing the practice contents, Improvement of teaching methods, perfecting examination methods and strengthening teacher training etc, in order to foster the students ability of practice and the innovative consciousness.
