摘　　要：调查发现,高校贷款是近十年来高校的一种普遍行为。高校的贷款规模和学生数量规模之间存在明显的相关性。高校贷款与新校区建设之间直接相关,但高校贷款行为依然显现出了一种量力而为的内在自我约束的理性。高校新校区建设是高校贷款的主要原因。The survey found that university loans are common behavior for colleges and universities in the recent ten years. There is an obvious correlation between the size of the loans and the number of students that colleges and universities have. The university loan is directly related to the new campus construction, but such behavior still shows rationality as a result of university internal governance. University new campus construction is the main cause of university loans, and repayment concentrate in following 5 years, which is a big challenge, or risk for some universities.
