摘　　要：《病原生物与免疫学》是医学类高职高专院校重要的基础课。该文探讨了《病原生物与免疫学》课程过程化考核在高职高专院校中的应用，包括改变传统考试方式、提高学生的学习积极性、组织学生开展兴趣小组、坚持理论与实验并重的原则等等，教学中存在的问题，在教学过程中应用过程化考核，激发了学生学习的积极性和主动性，提高了学生的自学能力，取得了良好的教学效果。Pathogenic Biology and Immunology is an important fundament course in medical vocational college. The paper indroduced the application of process evaluation in vocational college including the changes of traditional mode of examination, promotion of students＇ activation, organization of students＇ interest groups, and combination of theory and experiments etc, so as to elevate activeness and initiative of the students and to achieve better teaching effects.
