现代印刷技术中的无轴传动系统

摘　　要：无轴传动是印刷设备传动中一项新兴技术,它使得印刷变得更加精确,高效和可靠。无轴传动系统采用了国际数字传输的标准接口实时通信,并配以高动态响应,高数据传输、低噪声的现场总线技术作为虚拟电子轴,驱动伺服电机协调同步运行。无轴传动系统成功解决了传统印刷中的缺陷,提高了生产效率。Shaftless driving is an emerging technology in printing equipment,which it makes printing more accurate,efficient and reliable. Shaftless driving system adopted the communication of international standards for digital transmission interface. As an virtual electronic shaft,the fieldbus technology can drive the servo motor which can be provided with dynamic response,high data transmission and low noise. Shaftless driving system has already solved the defects of traditional printing successfully,and improved the efficiency of production.
