高职物流教育校企合作长效机制的构建与实施

摘　　要：通过对目前校企合作的调研,并结合北京电子科技职业学院在多年校企合作的实施过程中出现的各种现象,总结了高职物流教育校企合作现状中存在的问题,归纳了"企中校"和"校中企"两种合作模式的特点,依托综合改革试验区项目-校外物流人才培养基地的建设,探讨了高职物流教育校企合作长效机制构建与实施的具体措施。In this paper, through surveying the current cooperation between schools arid enterprises, and in the view of the different kinds of phenomena in the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation by Beijing Vocational College of Electronic Sciences during the past many years, we summarized the problems in the current status of school-enterprise cooperation in the higher vocational logistics education as well as the characteristics of the modes of ＂enterprise in school＂ and ＂school in enterprise＂ respectively, and at the end, discussed the specific measures for the construction and implementation of the long-term effect mechanism of the school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational logistics education.
