摘　　要：《梦游天姥吟留别》是李白以梦游方式对其政治人生和审美人生的审视和反省。梦游惊醒后的他选择了重返自由,这不仅是内在心理化解苦闷的结果,也是其本身要求个性自由的旨归。只有在山水的隐逸中,李白才能真正保持其崇高和伟大,才能真正获取"谪仙人"的精神风度。A Dream Journey to the Tianmu Mountain is Li Bai＇ s review and reflection of his political life and aesthetic life through sleepwalking. After his awakening, he chose to return to freedom, which is not only the result of internal mental anguish to resolve, but also the purport of individual freedom. Only in the seclusion of landscape in nature, could he really keep his nobleness and greatness, and show the demeanor of ＂Banished Immortal＂.
