摘　　要：以国家骨干高职院校建设为背景,以常州机电职业技术学院国家级、省级优秀教学团队建设为基础,通过研究和实践,分析、阐述了基于专业建设的创新型专业教学团队建设的目标、要求和建设模式,为其他学院的团队建设提供了建设性建议。National core vocational colleges being the background, Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology and construction of national and provincial excellent teaching teams in Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology being the foundation, the paper analyzed and elaborated the construction goal of innovative teaching teams through research and practice, requirements and the construction mode, and provides constructive suggestions for other college teams
