“国培计划”下中小学体育教师置换脱产培训课程体系的构建

摘　　要：教育部、财政部从2010年起实施"中小学教师国家级培训计划",(简称"国培计划"),是全面提高中小学教师整体素质的重大举措,对于推进教育均衡发展、促进基础教育改革,提高教育质量具有重要意义。在"国培计划"下,农村中小学体育教师置换脱产培训课程体系应从培训目标、培训内容和培训方式等方面构建,以促进"国培计划"高质量高水平的要求落到实处。＂Primary and Secondary School Teacher National Training Plan＂ （referred to as the ＂national training plan＂） , implemented by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance since 2010, is an important measure to comprehensively improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers, and has important significance for promoting the balanced development of education, promoting basic education reform and improving the education quality. Under the ＂National Training Plan＂, the replacement training curriculum system for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools, should be conslructed from such aspects of training objectives,training contents and training ap- proaches.
