摘  要:通过拓扑结构型综合设计,优选出一种用于多维减振的弱耦合6自由度并联机构,并进行了运动学位置反解分析与验证。采用多体动力学仿真方法,求解并联多维减振系统在瞬态冲击和稳态振动工况下的响应。最后用加速度振级落差评价减振性能,并对上平台响应特性进行分析。结果表明,系统在振动发生方向减振效果明显,同时在其他方向衍生振动烈度数量级较低,时域响应特性曲线平滑。The topological structure type synthesis method is used to design a weakly-coupled 6-DOF parallel mechanism work- ing for multi-DIM vibration reduction. Kinematics inverse solution is analyzed and verified. System response characteristics were ob- tained in transient impact and steady state vibration condition by means of multi-body dynamic method. The effect of vibration re- duction was evaluated by acceleration vibration level difference and the response characteristics to upper platform were analyzed.The result shows that system has obvious vibration reduction effect in occurred dimension, meanwhile,the order of magnitude of vi- bration intensity derivates in other dimensions is lower, and the re- sponse curve is smooth relatively in time domain.
