摘 要:利用Pro/E建立了拖拉机的三维模型,编写了用于振动测试的较粗糙路面文件,运用动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了拖拉机的虚拟样机模型,在较粗糙路面激励下进行了拖拉机动态响应仿真研究。仿真研究结果表明,驾驶员承受的振动强度随行驶速度的增加而增大,垂直、俯仰和侧倾方向的幅频特性曲线中谱峰值频率在3 Hz左右。驾驶员位置处3个方向的振动非独立,有相近的谱峰值频率。为进一步研究拖拉机的减振措施提供依据。A 3D model of a specific tractor was created with Pro/E;a tougher road file used for vibration testing was compiled, and a virtual prototype was built with the dynamic simulation soft- ware ADAMS,a simulation experiment was carried out under the road excitation. The results show that the vibration intensity that the driver bears increased with the increase of tractor velocity, the spectrum peak frequencies in vertical,pitch and roll directions of amplitude-frequency curve were around 3 Hz, and the vibrations in three directions was non-independent,the spectrum peak values were similar. The result provided a basis for further researches.
