摘　　要：基于知识的视角,揭示母子公司协同创新的本质,在现有文献的基础上,围绕知识转移和整合与创新绩效,构建相应的整体研究框架,进一步探讨知识特性与母子公司创新绩效的关系,并提出未来的研究方向。Based on the knowledge perspective, the paper first reveals the nature of synergistic innovation in parent - sub- sidiary corporations, then constructs the framework for exploring the process of how knowledge transfers and knowledge inte- gration influences the innovation performance in parent - subsidiary corporations, and furthermore it discusses the relation- ships between knowledge characteristics and innovation performance. Finally, it draws a conclusion and proposes the direc- tion of future research.
