摘  要:目的探索以问题为基础(Problem Based Learning,PBL)教学法在全科医学专业内科学理论教学中的应用。方法在内科学理论教学中引入PBL教学法,以教师作为指导者,提供典型真实病例,学生围绕病例提出问题、解决问题从而通过这个过程培养自身能力,以学生的评价及课后成绩作为该教学模式的考核体系。结果 PBL教学法可明显提高学生学习积极性和主动性,对临床思维能力培养显著优于传统教学方法,在全科医学理论教学中具有优势。结论 PBL教学法对教师业务水平及学生自身素质的提高均具有显著的促进作用,是普通高等医学院校全科医学本科阶段内科学理论教学较好的教学手段之一。Objective To explore the methods of Problem Based Learning(PBL) in Internal Medicine theory teaching of general practice specialty. Methods The PBL method was introduced in theory teaching of Internal Medicine. The teach- er acted director and offered the typical cases, while the students raised questions around the cases and discussed under the guidance of the teacher by team, and developed themselves' capabilities. Afterward the teaching effectiveness was judged by the results of test and the evaluation of students. Results PBL could significantly improve the students learning enthusiasm and initiative of learning. There had more advantage in training of clinical thinking than traditional teaching, especially in the theoretical teaching of general medicine. Conclusion PBL could raise the qualities of teachers and students. It was one of the good teaching method in higher medical colleges of undergraduate in general medicine educa- tion.
