摘  要:教师职业精神问题日益成为制约现代教师职业发展与价值实现的重要因素,对其关注显得尤为必要。梳理近十年教师职业精神文献,相关研究主要集中于其概念、结构、特点、意义、类型、问题与原因、培育对策等几个方面。运用定性与定量相结合的范式,构建系统的适合我国教师特点的职业精神培育机制,应当成为当前以及以后一段时期的研究任务。Recently, it showed a trend of expansion in the theoretical study of the training of community education workers. The scholars studied thoroughly and extensively in the problem of training system, training methods, training objects, training resources and training environment and etc. and achieved fruitful results. This paper attempts to summarize and generalize the achievements in the study of community education workers' training systematically and sort out the definition, ability, situation and strategies in community education workers. Then this article makes prospects on the study to provide valuable reference for the follow-up study.
