横向课题:高职院校科研的主攻方向

摘　　要：高职院校肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高技能人才的使命。"校企合作、产学研结合"是提高高职院校办学质量的主要途径。高职院校的特性决定了科研工作要把主攻方向摆在横向课题上。要推动横向课题的发展,需要各个部门齐心协力,建立一系列激励机制。Higher vocational colleges shoulder the mission of training high-skilled talents for the front line of production, construction, services, and management. ＂College-enterprise cooperation and the combination of production, teaching and research＂ is the key approach to improve the quality of running a school in higher vocational colleges. Owing to the characteristics of high vocational colleges, the main work of scientific research should be focused on lateral research. To promote the development of lateral research, all the departments concerned should make concerted efforts and set uo a series of incentive mechanisms.
