摘  要:目的探讨北京市丰台区大气PM10对人群呼吸系统疾病日门诊量的影响。方法采用广义相加Poisson回归模型的时间序列研究,在控制门诊量的长期趋势、星期几效应、气象因素等混杂因素的影响后,分析北京市丰台区2010年1月1日-12月31日大气PM10浓度与呼吸系统疾病日门诊量之间的关系。结果大气PM10浓度每增加10μg/m^3,呼吸系统疾病门诊量平均增加0.7%(95%CI:0.6%~0.8%)。结论北京市丰台区大气PM10浓度与居民呼吸系统疾病门诊量之间存在正相关。Objectives To explore the relationship between the pollution of ambient inhalable particulate matter and daily hospital visitors for respiratory diseases in Fengtai district of Beijing. Methods Generalized additive poisson regression model was used to examine the exposure-response relationship between ambient PM10 pollution and daily morbidity of respiratory diseases from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 in 2010 in Fengtai district of Beijing after controlling the long-term trends of " the day of a week" effect and meteorological factors. Results A 10μ g/m3 increase of PMIo was associated with a 0.7% (95% CI:0.6% -0.8% ) increment of daily hospital visitors for respiratory diseases. Conclusions There was a positive correlation between ambient inhalable particulate pollution and daily hospital visitors for respiratory diseases in Fengtai district of Beijing.
