“校企合作、顶岗实践”中存在的问题及对策——以浙江水利水电学院汽车专业为例

摘　　要："校企合作、顶岗实践"是高职教育的办学特色.此过程能使学生形成良好的职业道德、职业素养和职业技能,但在实施过程中存在企业认知、学生管理等方面问题.据此认为应提高企业参与顶岗实践的积极性,构建规范的顶岗实践管理制度,完善教学质量监控,从而提高"校企合作、顶岗实践"的效率和质量.＂School-enterprise cooperation＂ and ＂ internship practice＂ are running features of vocational colleges, whicl7 help the students form good occupation morals, occupation qualities and occupation skill. The problems and difficulties in the implementation process of school-enterprise and internship practice are summarized in this paper in the perspectives ot the enterprises, the colleges and students, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward by adopting regulator5 rules and improved supervision.
