摘　　要：选择不同的温度、时间 ,得出浸提刺玫果汁的最佳工艺条件 ,通过正交实验确定最佳配比 。With different temperature and time,the appropriate extracting technology of Dahurica rose fruit juice was proposed;the optimum formula of compound drink not only has good flavor,but also contains plenty of nutrition.
