摘  要:利用麸皮培养金花菌,通过超声辅助提取法,研究超声波作用对茯砖茶金花菌色素提取率的影响。对金花菌色素进行纯化,推测其色素可能含有的官能团。结果表明:金花菌色素最佳提取工艺条件是:料液比1:20、温度50℃、超声提取20 min,最高色素提取率可达1.34%。比未经超声波作用提取率0.72%提高了1.86倍。通过硅胶柱层析纯化金花菌色素,精制品的提取率为60.8%。利用紫外扫描确定色素的最大吸收波长为398 nm。通过红外光谱法推测金花菌色素可能含有的官能团有-C-H,C-O,C=C,不含有C=O,C≡C。To cultivate Eurotium cristatum with bran. By the method of ultrasonic assisted extraction method, to explore the influence of the ultrasonic to the yield of the pigments from Eurotium cristatum. To purify the pigments with silica gelcolumn chromatography and to speculate what the functional groups the pigments may contain. The results show that the best condition of the extraction process of the pigments from Eurotium cristatum is: material liquid than 1:20, 50 ℃, 20 min, the pigment yield as much as 1.34%, which 1.86 folder higher than that of blank control group 0.72%. To purify the pigments with silica gel column chromatography, the refined products at a rate of 60.8%. The maximum absorption wavelength of ultraviolet is 398 nm. Through Infrared spectroscopy speculate that the pigments may contain the functional groups is–C–H, C–O, C=C not contain the C=O, C≡C.
