摘　　要：本文从学科背景、具体做法及阶段性成效3方面探讨了将师承模式与院校教育模式有机结合的教育模式,为提高中医临床高级人才培养质量提供新途径,开辟新思路。This paper investigates the organic combination of Apprentice Education and college education from three as- pects, including the effectiveness of academic background, the stage of practice of combining the education mode and educa- tion teaching mode, in order to improve the quality of training, provide a new way of TCM clinical talents and open up new ideas.
