摘　　要：将数字化技术在教科研管理领域进行创新运用,利用区域网络资源构建立体教科研管理网络平台,提升了课题管理的信息化水平,跳出了旧式开题结题的两点式管理的窠臼,大幅提升了课题研究管理工作效率。以数字化推进教育现代化是实现教科研管理的高位均衡发展的有效路径。The innovative application of digital technology into educational scientific research management and the construction of stereoscopic educational scientific research management network platforms with regional network resources improve the information technology development level of research subjects management, cast off the old ＂opening report-concluding report＂ management mode, lay emphasis on the detailed procedures, and greatly improve the efficiency of research subjects management. It is an effective way to realize the balanced development of educational scientific research through digital-promoted educational modernization.
