基于“双闭合链”模式“双师结构”教学团队的建设与研究

摘　　要：以无锡科技职业学院示范院校的创建为例,以高职数据状态平台为依据,以"双闭合链"模式为理论指导,通过学院的IBM实训基地、物联网学院、服务外包职教集团、德国"双元制"教育中心等为主要办学实践载体,逐步形成"课程建设"与"专业建设"的"双负责人"培养机制,最终实现政、校、企三者之间专业技术人才和高技能人才的合作互融。The Teaching Group with higher professional quality is the key to promoting the construction of model VocationalCollege. Taking the example of the construction of model Wuxi Professional College of Science and Technology, we gradually set the training syetem of Double-leader in curricula construction and specialty construction under the Mode of ＂the Double Close Chains＂ in IBM Training Base, School of Thing Networking Engineering, Vocational Education Group of Service Outsourcing and German ＂Dual System＂ Education Center to achieve cooperation of government, college and enterprises in professional and high-skilled talents.
