摘 要:从基础素质、工作能力、工作态度、工作过程、工作业绩5个方面构建企业研发人员绩效综合评价指标体系,结合层次分析法与灰统计法构建多层评价模型,对3位研发人员绩效进行综合评价,数据处理过程简洁明了,3位评价对象高度认可评价结果,说明该评价模型能够较好地解决了研发人员的绩效评价量化问题。Based on five categories, including essential quality, working capability, working attitude, working process, work achievement, Comprehensive Appraisement Index System about research staff's working performance has been established. With the applications of combined methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Grey Statistics, hierarchical evaluation model has been constructed to assess comprehensively three research staff's working performance. The data processing was succinct. The evaluation results were highly approved by those three appraisements, which suggests such evaluation model could well resolve the issue of quantifying appraisal of research staff's working performance.
