摘　　要："卓越工程师培养计划"是我国高等教育改革的一个大方向,应用型本科院校在"卓越工程师培养计划"中追求在自己层次上培养出优秀人才,同时根据学生的个性化发展需求必须要解决人才培养的多元化问题,根据人才市场的需求全方位制定培养目标、教学计划和教学内容,教师也要在知识结构和能力素质方面不断提高自己,不断改进教学模式和方法以适应卓越人才培养的要求。The plan of cultivating excellent engineers is a general orientation about reform in of higher education in China. The excellent engineers should be cultivated based on their own level in application-oriented institutes, and the problem of cultivating diversified and personalized excellent talents must be solved according to the development needs of students at the same time. The teaching plan and teaching contents and training targets should be improved constantly according to the demand of the talent market The teachers should improve themselves in the knowledge structure and ability quality. The teaching models and methods also should be improved continuously in order to meeting the requirements of excellent talents cultivation.
